Edmonton, Alta., police are hunting for the suspect after a security guard was injured and died in a downtown parkade on Feb. 20, 2024.
Police were called just before 6 a.m. to the parking garage near 101st Street and 102nd Avenue, connected to the HSBC building, where a man was reportedly fighting with security.
Officers arrived to find the security guard in medical distress. He was rushed to an Edmonton hospital and later pronounced dead.
The suspect has not been caught.
