Trevor Tombe, professor of economics at the University of Calgary and a research fellow at The School of Public Policy joins BNN Bloomberg to talk about the capital gains tax increase that came out of this year’s Federal Budget. While the budget, and particularly the increase, received many critiques, Tombe says there’s a case to be made in favor of it, which he lays out in the interview.
