Ontario is introducing new measures to keep cellphone use at bay in classrooms. The provincial government tried a ban in 2019, but had ‘a patchwork without enforcement,’ according to Minister of Education Stephen Lecce. He says this time, it’ll be a policy enforced from the top down.
