The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch ahead of a coastal storm that will likely bring plowable snow to Massachusetts.The winter storm watch will be in effect from late Monday night through late Tuesday night, and it covers most of Massachusetts with the exceptions of southern areas of Bristol and Plymouth Counties, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and the northwest corner of the state.The storm approaches after midnight Tuesday, with a wintry mix possible through early Tuesday morning.
