KOLO Cooks: Reno Recipes chefs create sausage, egg and cheese medley with tomato butter [Video]

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – We’re enjoying a nice breakfast in this week’s episode of KOLO Cooks. Reno Recipes’ chefs Jonathan Chapin and Daryl Butterfield stopped by Morning Break to make a sausage, egg and cheese medley with tomato butter.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Yukon gold potatoes (diced)
  • 4 sausage links (chopped)
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 pepper (diced)
  • 6 eggs (scrambled)
  • 1/3 stick cream cheese
  • 3 slices Havarti cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mama Ray’s Seasoning
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. In one pan, cook sausage, onion and potatoes.
  2. In second pan, scramble eggs and add cheese.
  3. In third pot, fry tomatoes oil until blistering then blend with butter.
  4. Plate, season and enjoy!
